Services Offered
SpringPath in Minnesota provides Intensive Residential Treatment services across five metropolitan counties and Assertive Community Treatment/Forensic Assertive Community Treatment services in Hennepin County. Psychiatric Rehabilitation and person-centered planning are at the foundation of all our services. Our programs are recovery-oriented and focus on building functional skills and supports needed to be successful in the living environment of their choice.
Our services provide care and treatment for clients that are experiencing significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms, who are demonstrating significant functional impairments, and who may have co-occurring chemical dependency. We embrace a person-centered approach that is trauma informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented.
Referrals
Referrals for SpringPath Mental Health Services come from many sources, including community hospitals, jails, Behavioral Health and Targeted Case Management, Housing Shelters, Care Coordinators, self and/or family, and many others.
Payment
We accept Medicaid and other Minnesota Health Care Plans, such as Blue Plus, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Hennepin Health, South Country Health Alliance, and UCare.

Virginia
Comprehensive Care
SpringPath in Virginia provides comprehensive care that includes case management services, as well as ongoing communication with referral sources and connection to related services, such as psychiatric care, support groups, and other local programs.
Referrals
Referrals for SpringPath Mental Health Services come from many community sources, including schools, hospitals, primary care physicians, psychiatrists, counseling centers, assisted living facilities, courts, social services, community service boards, private foster care and adoption agencies, jails, community health centers, and family and friends, as well as those who are seeking confidential therapy for themselves.
Payment
We accept Medicaid, Virginia Premier, and most private insurance plans. Payment plans are also available for those without insurance. New appointments are generally available within one week. Weekend hours are also available.
