We serve individuals aged 18 or older, who:

  • In the written opinion of a licensed mental health professional, and in consultation with the mental health case manager or county supervisor/contact person, and family members/significant others (with the permission of the consumer), have the need for mental health services that cannot be met with other available community-based services, or
  • Are likely to experience a mental health crisis, or
  • Require a more restrictive setting if intensive rehabilitative mental health services are not provided.

We assist individuals with a variety of diagnoses, including:

  • Schizophrenia or other psychotic disorder as set out in the DSM
  • Major Depressive Disorder – Recurrent
  • Bipolar I or Bipolar II
  • Any other Axis I mental health disorder that a physician has documented specific to the identified individual within the past year
